You now have the option to manage your refund from the comfort of your PC. No more long lines, no more long waits. Once you get your bank information set-up it is as easy as a click of your mouse. If you have a credit balance on your account, and you are eligible for a refund of this credit balance, there are several options available to you.

You may choose from several options for automatic electronic processing of your refund, or you may elect to pick up a check in Garner Hall as is currently available.

Your convenient automatic electronic processing options are as follows:

• Move all, or a portion, of your credit balance to your MoneyMate account. The balance may then be used anywhere that MoneyMate is accepted (this option gives you the most immediate access to your funds. Usually no longer than 15 minutes wait)
• Have all, or a portion, of your credit balance electronically deposited to your bank account (This option will take approximately 2 business days for transactions entered before noon. Transactions entered after noon may take up to 3 days.)
• Leave all, or a portion, of your credit balance on your account to be applied toward future charges.

If you have not set up your banking information, please go to the secure onCampus login page. Once you have logged in you will have access to instructions, and sign up form (required only for electronic deposit to your bank account). Once you have set up your banking information, or if you choose to elect one of the other options, you will find links from your same onCampus page to the form you will use to manage your refund balance.
