OUR GOAL:
The Account Services
Office strives to provide friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable service in the collection
of fees and revenues due Mississippi State University. As students pursue their educational
goals, we will do our best to make payments as painless as possible, issue refunds swiftly
and provide as much information and assistance as our resources allow. We hope always to
apply the policies and procedures of the University fairly and equitably and yet make each
student feel special and unique.
OUR LOCATION: We are located in Room 158 in the Garner Student Services Complex with office hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The Account Services Office shares this building with the Registrar and Financial Aid offices which provides a "one-stop" service center for MSU students. We can also be contacted at 662-325-2071 to answer any questions over the phone. The Account Services Office also provides special services through its Sponsored Student Programs Office to assist students with coordination of various student account credits earned or to be received from sponsoring agencies. This office also assists in the processing of University tuition and fee waivers. The Sponsored Student Programs Office is located in 153 Garner Hall. |
