Disbursements Office.
OUR GOAL: The Disbursements Office is primarily responsible for
the production and initial delivery of payments to the vendors and staff
of Mississippi State University. It is further our responsibility to establish
and maintain appropriate security measures to insure the safety of the
University's financial assets from fraudelent payments or other banking
transactions. In the completion of these duties the Disbursements Office
has extensive interactions with University vendors, banking sources and Departmental
staffs. It is our goal to conduct these interactions in a friendly, courteous
and professional manner while maintaining University policies and state
laws.
OUR LOCATION: We are currently located in 320 McArthur Hall. Our
office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Our
