Direct Deposit: How to Sign Up? The Disbursements Office receives
and processes the requests to sign up for Direct Deposit for payroll.
A voided check or photocopy of a voided check from the checking account that the payroll will be deposited into is required with the sign up form. If the payroll is to be deposited into a savings account, a letter from the Bank stating the account name, account number, and the ABA(Routing/Transit) Number that is to be used for the account, is required with the sign up form.
