 Office of the Controller and Treasurer


The Budget office prepares the Operating Budget Analysis, the printed Operating Budget, and the Legislative Budget Request for all divisions. We assist the campus in developing their budgets as well as maintaining their budget throughout the fiscal year by answering questions, processing budget transfers, and performing non-sufficient fund checking. We also process Employment Action Forms, assign position numbers, and process the semimonthly payroll.
